  • Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to implement innovative solutions.
  • Conducting technical analyses and feasibility studies to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentoring and training junior engineers and technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
